From the very beginning, our main focus has always been to provide the best quality work we were capable of, and to treat each and every customer as if they were a friend. Now, 20+ years later, that hasn’t changed and our reputation shows it. Dickson’s has done little to no advertising and we’ve gained almost all of our customers purely based on word of mouth because the Quality of our work speaks for itself.

Listening to what our customers have said about us over the years, we’ve realized what things are truly important to most people, and we’ve made these things the Cornerstones of who we are.


Customer Satisfaction

It all begins with providing our customers with some of the Best Quality work you can find in the industry. This creates the foundation for a good relationship between us and our customers, and because of this, about 20% of our work we receive is from repeat customers.

Friendly Service

Too many companies exist today with unhappy people who don’t like what they do and it doesn’t take long for the customer to feel this.

We on the other hand realize that even though the work is tough, we enjoy each others company and have fun while making landscaping dreams come to life. Because of this, over the course of 20+ years, we have received virtually no negative reviews.

 

Transparency & Communication

Everyone has experienced Poor Communication and Hidden Fees, and it’s extremely frustrating to be left wondering what is going on.

Because of this, we do everything we can to answer work-requests as quickly as possible. We aim to keep an open line of communication throughout the entire process, and to be as transparent as we can with everything from billing, all the way to Weather Push-Backs and Reschedules.
